Once i again i was very pleased to not have a hangover though at some point in the night i had passed out and my wife had to get me ready for bed as i just plopped on the bed once we got home. Apparently, it was a great thing that i had to get up to pee because i would have otherwise slept in my jeans, boots, and t-shirt. Good stuff last night!
Also, if you notice the food that i ate during my cheat day, it wasn't all cheating (mongo and just a bit of rice) so i had some scrambled eggs and toast for brekkie!
And then my wife started wiping some marmalade jam on one of my two slices of bread so i took a picture of that as well.
A few hours after breakfast we were hungry again and decided that it was time to have some McDonalds. She was also craving french fries so that also inspired us to have the fast food comfort food.
I had a quarter pounder sandwich with no cheese on it and had a glass of coke that was in the house since Friday night. We otherwise no longer keep any softdrinks at home :)
Not in the photo is the one pack of ketchup that i had with my sandwich.
Oh, i forgot to tell you. I hurt my hand warming up last friday by boxing this punching bag!
Because of that, this is what my hand looks like now...
I still have it wrapped up now, a full day later. I think im gonna be in this for a few days...
