Day 13 - Exercise

Wow what a day!  I enjoyed a great working day at the office and was in a great mood the whole way through!  So, when it was time to start the work out day, i was ready to go and excited to begin.  Our "trainer" told us that for this day, we would do an upper body work out.  Great!  We haven't done this yet and i was happy to learn that we would yet again be doing something we hadn't done before and that it would be a new thing again.

This is the weight training we did:

Bench Press 2 sets of 12 on the machine which weight we don't know but it was on number 5
Incline Bench Press 2 sets of 12 also on 5.
Barbell Row 2 sets of 12 with 20lbs plus the bar.
Machine Back Row 2 sets of 12 at 3.
Dumbbell Lateral Machine 2 sets of 12 at 10lbs.
Machine Shoulder Press 2 sets of 12 at 4.
Barbell Biceps Curl 2 sets of 12 at 20lbs plus bar.
Machine Bicep Curl 2 sets of 12 at 1.
Close Grip Barbell Bench Press 2 sets of 12 at 4.
Triceps Dip 2 sets of 12.
Bench Crunch 2 sets of 12
Back Extention 2 sets of 20.
Side Plank 30 seconds each side.
Plank Alternating Feet 2 sets of 30 seconds.
Push Ups to failure....30.

After that it was quite late, maybe around 10PM and i was fucking hungry!  So, it was time to go home.  Being that the work out was all upper body, i thought that the walk home would be great that way i get to exercise my legs too.  But what happened?  I freakin decided to jog home instead!  Man!  That was tiring and i started really sweating again!!!  But i loved it and thought that it was great that i was able to do that.  You should know that it's about a half hour walk home, consisting mostly of the uphill slope beside Ultra.  So running up that road was really a killer but the accomplishment of having done it is quite priceless.  Plus i got home much faster!

The story doesn't end there...I got home and had a few more things to sort out before and after my delicious dinner.  Will post those details on my next post.  Cheers!
