Day 19 - Breakfast, A Snack, and Lunch

Wow it's Day 19!  That's amazing that after nearly 3 weeks i'm still at it and still going strong!  I must admit that i'm somewhat impressed with myself.  Anyway, the plan is to keep this going for at least 2 years because i'm only really expecting physical results with that type of deadline.

Anyway, here's what i had for the day.  It's not in my sked to exercise today but i'm hoping to find some time to sneak in a few minutes even if it's just minimal.

Then i had a quick snack with my officemates since we were at the office since 9 and McDonald's breakfast was still being offered.  It's not everyday we get to order their breakfast :)


And for lunch, tangina man check this out!  Brown Rice and a bit of some weird meat and veggies.
