Here we go!
Oatmeal and coffee with raisins.
With the raisins in the bowl, that's about how many raisins i like in my oatmeal.
For lunch i had a piece of chicken, not fried and unhealthy. With vegetables, potatoes and brown rice.
That's a half face of a mango on the brown rice. It helps me deal with the gross taste of brown rice.
For dinner we went to our friends house where we also laid in some tracks for an album were about to complete. It was so weird that instead of drinking beers and ordering pizza we had healthy food instead. I guess it helps that my buddy's had to go vegetarian in order to clean his body, by force from the doctor!

Which i ate with a piece of bread..
Then i had some whole wheat macaroni noodles with pesto sauce.
For dessert i had a slice of a pear...
Then another one :)
Which i drank with a glass of skim milk!
Later on after getting powered up we got hungry again so i sliced another pear...
And then they brought out the goods! A fucking Muesli chocolate bar!
It was good man!!!
Whoever thought a rock n roll recording would ever be like this?!?!
