For instance, i've lost weight! This morning i weighed myself at the hospital and with jeans, a belt, shoes and socks, a shirt and i weighed in at 144lbs. The last time i weighed myself i was over 50 in shorts and barefoot. Also, jeans that fit me well are now very loose for me and jeans that had gotten tight fit again.
It feels great to have lost the weight and gained the strength. Im still not very strong but it doesn't matter, i feel like i've accomplished the task of becoming more agile.
As for my diet, i'm still following it but i cheat every now and then. I reckon it ain't too bad since anyway i still am exercising...although most of it is done at home nowadays as opposed to using the office gym. It's ok, not quite like before but not bad either. At least i'm getting the work done and not completely slacking off.
