Let me try to recall what i did on that mat...
I started out with some lunges where you put your right foot in front of your left and then bend down 12 times. Then the other leg for also 12 times.
Then i did the double lunge where its a normal lunge only you also bring your leg out back and bend down, another 12 times.
After that i got the dumbbells and started doing some of the dumbbell exercises i had learned before:
Lunge with dumbbells - 12 times
Where you bend down like a squat with dumbbells - 12 times
and then that lunge when you squat all the way to the ground then go only halfway up and then back down only to go back all the way up - 12 times (fucking tiring this one!)
After that i did a few planks.
Regular plank - 1 minute
Side Plank - 30 seconds each side
Plank with leg raises - 12 times
Dumbbell curls for biceps - 20 times (the dumbbell was light)
And some other dumbbell weight training...
REPEAT ALL!
Haha after that i got showered and was hungry for breakfast. Check it out! Peanut butter!!!
2 tablespoons is considered a serving:
I had about 2 teasespoons worth
230 calories per serving
total fat 16 grams
Carbs - 16 grams
Fiber - 3 grams
Protein - 8 grams
Delicious and i don't know what all of that means but i think it's pretty healthy :)
Then we went off to work and at around 1pm i decided it was time for lunch, this is what was served:
It's some chicken with some veggies and an egg unlike any way i've eaten egg before. Not bad, nor was it filling! But somehow my 2 pieces of wheat bread with peanut butter did me well :)
I think i might exercise in the morning again, i quite liked it :)
Now how do i wake up early again?!?!
