Day 1 - Dinner and Dessert

There are still only a few rules i know when it comes to proper nutrition and diet.  One of them is that breakfast should be the biggest meal of the day, followed by lunch, and finally dinner should be the smallest amount that you consume.  I have practiced the opposite of this pretty much my whole life.  But now in an effort to shape up even a little, i've tried changing my diet in a few ways.

First off was my appetizer, this didn't change much except maybe the quantity i had was much less than what normally would be...can you guess what my appetizer was?  (I removed the photo that was below for safety purposes.)


Next up was dinner, i didn't even have rice with my dinner and simply drowned my chicken breasts in loads of vegetables!  This dish consisted of chopped up chicken breasts, corn, carrots, broccoli, baby corn, onions, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper.  It was actually delicious!  I just hope my boss / trainer agrees with it.  I wouldn't be surprised if he told me that ok its better than eating a can of corned beef with 2 fried eggs and 2 bowls of rice but that it still isn't proper for what im trying to achieve.


I had that with 2 glasses of water.

Dessert was up next and guess what it was?!?!  Normally at this point im having ice cream or chocolates or a bag of chips.  This time, i had an ..... wait for it .....an ....... an apple!!!!


I actually love apples and enjoy eating them when im out of town but i quite enjoyed it.

It was just too bad that i couldn't stand the hunger that was inside me, so i had a cloud 9!


At the end of that, i just baked more and let it be.  

I think the term for it is something like managing your intake...otherwise known as, turning a blind eye to the suffering!  

Nothing feels as good as feeling thin...nothing feels as good as feeling thin....nothing feels as good as feeling thin...nothing feels as good as feeling thin....repeat until underweight!!!
