Day 2 - Exercise

So after work on Friday and after having that crazy McDonalds lunch i had (1 McSpagetti, 2 Burger McDo's and 1 regular Coke Zero) i was able to enter my first day of physical training.

As planned, we waiting for 7pm to hit and then i got changed into shorts and went up to the 3rd floor to begin my training.

A few things were explained to me and the entire program for the day was run through before we actually began.  Once we did, all it took was about 20 minutes to complete it.

The exercise consisted of this:

1 Minute Jump Rope
Push Ups until failure (i did 50)
Bicycle ...something.  When your left elbow touches your right knee then right elbow touches left knee - 60 seconds
Stairs - up and down for 60 seconds
Bench ...something.  Where your hands are on the edge of a bench and your body is not ontop of the bench and your arms carry you up and down....
Another bench something when you lift your legs towards your chest and your arms are supporting you from behind.
Jumping 20 jumps up and down a step repeatedly
single leg presses with a ball on your back - 15 of these and then the other leg
lifting 10 lbs of weight from waist high up (bending elbows) while leaning on a ball and bending down
lifting 10 lbs of weight from shoulders to above head while leaning on a ball and bending down
another 1 minute of jump rope
and i believe there's one more which i can no longer remember.

Also, this is in no particular order.

By the time i was done just 20 minutes later i thought i was gonna die!  Talk about being unfit but this also verified why i wanted to do this in the first place, because i knew i was out of shape!

What sucked the worst was that i had to walk home after (25 mins uphill).  When i got home i took off my wet t-shirt and passed out on the couch!
