Day 6 - Breakfast

I was quite surprised that i wasn't so hungry when i woke up this morning.  I'm guessing it's either because of last nights pork chops or it could be because i know that at the end of this work day, i'm entering the gym to lift some weights.  Yup, my "trainer" has agreed to not put me through what i went through last Friday and again on Sunday so today is somewhat a day of "rest" when what it is really is just a target and focus on different body parts and muscles.  I'm sure that after tonights workout my body is going to be dying tomorrow.  Perhaps that's why i didn't have much of an appetite this morning.

Also, my wife and i were running late and instead of having oatmeal which would've taken a bit longer to prepare, we just had ourselves a bowl of cereal each.


This is healthy cereal by the way.  Banana Nut Crunch with whole grains and low fat milk.  As you can see, if you compare to my past bowls of cereal, the amount i use nowadays is much less than what i was eating before.  I cut it down by at least a fourth and get this, i wasn't even concious of this until i realized i was serving myself less and less.  

Roughly 2-3 times a week, we forget to take our vitamins in the morning.  Today, we didn't.  We try to take one of these everyday, does anyone know if these vitamins are good for you or if there are better ones we should be looking at instead?
