I started my day with half a glass of hot chocolate and an Ensaymada.
For one reason or another though i ended up not eating the Ensaymada and just enjoyed the glass of hot chocolate. I can tell you though that i ended up not finishing it although i drank most of what you see in the glass.
Instead of eating the Ensaymada, i decided it would be a good time to eat the apple we brought with us.
So i had the apple and gave my other one to our friend who came with us for the weekend. Being that i had family there as well, there was food too and not just what we brought with us. So, like with most out of town trips with family, food was served shortly after. This was my 2nd breakfast of the day....
Fucking good right!!! Thats a cup of rice with pork and beans spread over it, some freshly cooked corned beef on the side with a stick of barbecue from the night before. Yum!!! Now i was properly full but improperly fed! Then again, cheat day was Saturday and i think i quite behaved.
Note: Throughout the entire drinking session the night before, i did not have any junk food except for a few peanuts though there were chips and other things on the table for all to indulge in.
Sometime later in the day it was getting hotter and i wanted a cool drink. My aunt had brought some Sprite with her and i decided there would be nothing wrong with quenching my thirst with a little soft drink...little did i know that on Monday morning i received additional advice from another friend who told me to stay away from all Soda's!

Much later in the day Merienda was served and though there were a few items to choose from, i decided to have a little Bibinka, it was really good too!
We all know that many activities can make people hungry. Well, i swam and was in the water for a few hours and as expected, i got hungry when i got out of the water. And what did i have, my left over Jamaican Patty from the afternoon before. My wife was gracious enough to heat it for me in the toaster and served it to me as if it had just come out of its store! I love Jamaican Patties by the way!
Sometime after this was eaten i started to unwind and relax even more and then really slowed down. I think i smoked and then took a nap while listening to some Kings Of Convenience. It was really good music and perfectly matched being at the beach and napping outdoors. By the time i woke and was coming back to life, my wife had prepared Spagetti and had served it.
I knew though that something was lacking and with that i decided to repeat whatever i could from my Friday workout. I had the list with me and though i didn't have certain items, i was pretty much able to do everything, only of course i did it the cowboy way!
Instead of having a jump rope i just did the motions but stayed the entire 1 minute.
Instead of having weights i got some rocks and dried up coral and used those instead.
I didn't have a staircase but there were about 4-5 steps going down to the beach that i used.
And since i didn't have a ball to put on my back i did the bends without leaning back.
Oh, and since i didn't have a low step, i used a bed frame and still completed the 20 jumps.
It was nice doing the work out on the beach! It felt great and to be honest, though my muscles were really aching from the motions, in the end, i wasn't as tired as i was on day 1 of training. I thought that was cool.

BUT, right after completing the routine, i ate the Spagetti. I didn't put cheese, and i only served myself a small bowl. Everyone else had 2 servings and i was with 4 other girls...i just had this:
This was right about after sunset. I napped after and when i woke it was time to get ready to go home. We got home maybe around 12 midnight and i was hungry again. But, instead of craving for my usual bag of V-Cut, check out what i had!!!
