Because i was unable to begin my weight training and cariovascular training yesterday due to unforseen circmstances, i decided that perhaps i had enough time to do some jump ropes at home. So, after doing the groceries and setting everything aside into their cabinets and into the refrigerator, i decided to do some. I had no specific plan of time or count but in the end decided to jumprope for 15 minutes.
I was so tired after just a few minutes but decided i needed to stay on it and push myself a bit further especially being that i'd been drinking for maybe 7 days straight prior to the day before yesterday.
