Day 6 - Dinner and snacks!

My wife went out with some of our friends tonight leaving me to sort my dinner out myself.  Typically, i would prepare myself a couple of toasted hot dog sandwiches or order for delivery or just eat shit like cereal which is the easiest thing to prepare.  Last night, she suggested i make myself a Tuna Sandwich.  But, after that workout i was really quite hungry and wanted to eat something more substancial than just a Tuna Sandwich.

So i dug into the fridge to see what leftovers might exist.  Lo and behold, there was still a porkchop from the night before and there was also still some rice!  So i got the final porkchop, got a bit of rice, put em on a plate and microwaved the hell out of that food!  When it was good and hot and ready to eat i poured over some knorr seasoning and in an effort to be watching what i eat and how i consume food, i chewed a lot and did it slowly rather than wolfing the fucker down.  It was delicious, check it out!


If you notice, i only had a little bit of rice and only one porkchop instead of what is normally at least 2.  Surprisingly, i was quite full after i had it.  I was even thinking how cool it is that im full with just that, my stomach must be shrinking already!  But no, i must've just been fooling myself.  It didn't take too long before i was hungry again.

But, i did not have a v-cut or chocolate or any of that good stuff, instead, i had this!


But then i wasn't content so i had another one :)
